I. About Membership
Q: What membership plans does KroWork offer?
KroWork currently offers three tiers of membership plans:

Q: Can I use KroWork without purchasing a membership?
Yes. Newly registered users will receive a certain quota of free trial credits, which can be used to experience the platform's AI features. Once the free credits are depleted, you will need to subscribe to a membership plan to continue using the services.
Q: What is the billing cycle for the membership?
A complete billing cycle consists of 30 days starting from the date of subscription. For example, if you subscribe on April 10th, your current cycle will end on May 10th.
Q: Is the membership auto-renewing? How can I cancel it?
Yes, the membership defaults to a continuous monthly auto-renewal model, with fees automatically deducted via Alipay. You can manage this through the "Cancel Auto-Renewal / Cancel Subscription" portal within the KroWork product. Upon cancellation, your membership benefits and credits for the current cycle will remain valid, and no further deductions will be made starting the following month.
Q: Can I upgrade my membership plan?
Yes. When upgrading, you are required to pay the full fee for the new plan, and the upgrade takes effect immediately upon successful payment. Any unused credits from your original plan will be rolled over to the new membership cycle and will not be wasted. The day of the upgrade becomes the start date of the new cycle, resetting the 30-day period.
Q: Can I downgrade my plan?
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is currently not supported. If you need to change your plan, we recommend canceling your auto-renewal before the current cycle expires and subscribing to the desired plan after expiration.
Q: Where can I check my membership expiration date?
You can check your current membership plan type and expiration date in the Credit Center within the product.
II. About Credits
Q: What are "Kredits"?
"Kredits" are virtual consumable items within the KroWork platform used to redeem the right to use various AI features. Credits do not possess monetary or prepaid value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
Q: How are credits consumed?
Every time you use the platform's AI features, credits will be consumed. Credit consumption is calculated and deducted based on the actual volume of AI computational calls, which is influenced by factors such as task complexity, context length, and uploaded file size. The system will deduct the corresponding credits in real-time while the task is running.
Q: Why can't I know exactly how many credits a task will consume in advance?
Because the final consumption of each task depends on the actual computational load of the underlying AI models, it is affected by various dynamic factors (e.g., task complexity, conversation context length, uploaded file size). Therefore, the system cannot provide a precise estimate before initiating a task. You can check your credit consumption details at any time in the Credit Center.
Q: What is the consumption priority order for different types of credits?
The system automatically deducts credits in the following priority order:
- Credits acquired from free events (Consumed first)
- Credits issued from membership benefits
- Credits purchased via Add-on Packs (Consumed last)
This design ensures that complimentary credits are consumed first, maximizing the protection of the credits you have paid for.
Q: How long are membership credits valid?
Credits issued monthly through your membership plan are valid within the current billing cycle. At the end of the cycle, any unconsumed credits will expire (except in the case of a plan upgrade, where remaining credits will roll over to the new cycle).
Q: Where can I check my credit balance and usage history?
You can view the balances, validity periods, and usage details of all your credit types in the Credit Center within the product.
III. About Add-on Packs
Q: What is an Add-on Pack?
An Add-on Pack is a credit supplement service tailored for member users. If your monthly membership credit quota is insufficient, you can acquire extra credits by purchasing Add-on Packs.
Q: Can non-members purchase Add-on Packs?
No. Add-on Packs are exclusive to users who have already subscribed to a membership plan. You must activate any membership plan before purchasing them.
Q: What are the specifications of the Add-on Packs?

IV. About Free Credits
Q: How can I get free credits?
The platform occasionally issues free credits through registration gifts, friend invitations, operational events, etc. Specific event rules are subject to platform announcements and event pages.
Q: What is the difference between free credits and paid credits?
Free credits are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance and will automatically expire and be cleared afterward. Free credits cannot be cashed out, transferred, used to purchase Add-on Packs, or used to deduct membership fees. During consumption, free credits are deducted prior to paid credits.
V. About Payments & Refunds
Q: Can I get a refund after purchasing a membership or Add-on Pack?
As membership services and credits are virtual consumable goods, paid services are generally non-refundable once activated. Please carefully verify the plan information, pricing, and usage rules before purchasing. In special circumstances, you can contact our staff for consultation via the platform's customer service email.
Q: What if the auto-renewal deduction fails?
The system will automatically retry within 24 hours after a failed deduction. If the deduction fails multiple times, the membership service will be suspended. You can resubscribe once you ensure your payment account has sufficient balance.
